Prachi Kerkar has played a lot of National Championships and has gained a lot of experience. Prachi says that the most important characteristics of boxing is dedication but the willpower to do more her going and liking towards the sport. Everyone has the own way of coping with a loss, but Prachi has a unique way of getting over a loss. She firsts regrets it for a moment, then celebrates her loss. Even a losing can be a learning experience and Prachi takes it in like a true sportsman.
She trains for 2 hours in the morning and for another 3 hours in the evening to work on her techniques. Prachi beats the pre-match stress by sitting alone in a corner and plugging in her earphones, watching videos of Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson. It keeps her motivated and giver her an adrenaline rush. Prachi believes that being focused she’ll surely achieve her goals and will become a top professional boxer.
