Aarti loves watching boxing movies and says that it not only inspires her but is an inspiration to all who love boxing. People face different problems in their life and this is way of saying that we are not alone or we aren’t the only ones facing problems. Loosing is part of the game. You cannot win if you haven’t faced defeat. When Aarti looses she trains harder to do better in her next match. She played her First Pro game in Pedem in the year 2013 – 14. Listening to the coach is a key essential in becoming a good boxer. Knowing her enemy’s weakness is the toughestaccording to her. Techniques help a lot in boxing and even knowing your opponent’s weak points. It’s not always about the exercise but also maintaining a proper diet. If you are not proper hydrated you cannot concentrate on boxing.
